NAJ Developments built the Critter Hunter app as a free game. This service is provided by NAJ Developments and is intended for use as-is.

Critter Hunter collects minimal data to operate the game and provide a personalised experience:

Gameplay Data: Critter collection progress, game items, achievements, and in-app notifications. This may be stored locally on your device or in cloud services used by the game.
Account Information: If you create an account, we store your username, login details, and basic profile data securely via Appwrite.
Push Notification Identifiers: If you opt in to receive push notifications, a OneSignal device identifier is generated so the app can send game updates and alerts.

Third-Party Services

Critter Hunter uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

OneSignal – for push notifications
Appwrite – for secure login, cloud sync, and gameplay storage

These services may collect device identifiers, approximate location, IP addresses, and diagnostic information necessary for their functions.

Permissions

Internet Access: Required for online gameplay features, syncing critters, push notifications, and account login.
Notifications: Requested only if you choose to enable push notifications for gameplay alerts.

Data Storage & Control

Your game data is stored securely using Appwrite’s cloud infrastructure and local device storage. You may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

Critter Hunter is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If this is discovered, the data will be removed immediately.
