NAJ Developments built Property Tracking Agent to give you a personalised daily shortlist of publicly listed properties based on requirements you set. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The app has an account so it can save your preferences and deliver your own daily report.
We do not collect location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or usage-tracking analytics, and we do not track you across other apps or websites, or sell your data.
Your data is stored in our backend (Supabase) and protected by row-level security, so your account can only ever read its own data. Your sign-in session is kept on your device. Property listing information shown in the app comes from publicly available listings and is provided for decision-support only.
We use Supabase (authentication and database) as our backend processor, and an AI text model to produce short plain-English summaries of listings. Only listing details (not your personal identity) are sent for summarisation. We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. This removes your account, preferences, tracker and reports.
The app is a general information and decision-support tool. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Always verify details on the live listing and do your own due diligence.
