These terms govern your use of the Property Tracking Agent app (“the app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
The app is a personal research and information tool. You set your own search requirements, and once a day it shows you a shortlist of publicly listed properties with a short original summary, a comparison to recent sales, and a link to the original listing.
The app provides general information and decision-support only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or real-estate advice, and it does not recommend that you buy, sell, or bid on any property. Prices, estimates, yields, and value assessments are indicative, may be inaccurate or out of date, and are generated in part by automated tools and AI. Always verify every detail on the live listing and seek your own professional advice before making any decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Listing information is drawn from publicly available sources and is summarised for your convenience, with a link back to the source. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any information, and coverage may change.
Keep your login details secure and use the app only for lawful personal purposes. Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete account.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naj Developments is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or the information it presents.
